Product Availability and Design:

All products are artistic by design and subject to change. The designs as seen on the website at the time of purchase will be the produced product. We cannot guarantee the availability of any particular design or product at any given time.

Changes to Print and Materials:

All of the print, backing cards, and materials used to sell and market the products are subject to change. We reserve the right to change the materials, designs, and packaging of our products without notice.

Pricing:

Wholesale pricing is subject to change at any time without notice. Prices listed on our website or provided in a wholesale invoice do not include shipping or taxes, which will be added to your order at the time of checkout.

Minimum Order Quantity:

The minimum order quantity for wholesale purchases is 30 pairs of earrings or necklaces. These can be across designs, however if a custom style or design is required - there is a 30 unit minimum for that 1 design necessary for production.

Payment Terms:

Full payment is due at the point of purchase, unless alternate arrangements have been mutually agreed upon. Payment may be remitted subsequent to the design phase but prior to the commencement of production. Our accepted method of payment is via bank transfer. The customer hereby acknowledges and consents that any failure to effect timely payment might result in the extension of the production timeline, exceeding the originally anticipated turnaround date.

Shipping:

All orders will be dispatched through a well-regarded courier or postal service, unless a different arrangement regarding order pickup has been explicitly negotiated. Shipping charges will be computed during the invoicing process and subsequently included in the total order cost. It is important to note that we bear no responsibility for any customs fees, duties, or taxes that may be imposed by your respective country's regulations. Any obligation to pay such customs fees rests solely upon the customer.

Returns and Exchanges:

We do not accept returns or exchanges on wholesale orders, unless the product is defective or damaged. In the event of a defect or damage, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order. We reserve the right to determine whether a product is defective or damaged and to replace or refund the product at our discretion.

Intellectual Property:

All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to trademarks, copyrights, and designs, remain the exclusive property of Kayli and Sunflower Strange. Without our explicit written consent, you are prohibited from reproducing, modifying, or distributing any of our products, designs, or materials. Additionally, in the event that Sunflower Strange necessitates the utilization of a customer's intellectual property or designs during the production process, the customer hereby grants us the right to capture photographs for store-related marketing purposes.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which our company is located. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state.
